1. Acceptance

By downloading, registering for, or using the Eleplasht marketplace app or website operated by JUNK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Marketplace Model

Eleplasht is a brand of JUNK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We operate as an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers (vendors). Product listings, pricing, availability, and fulfilment are primarily the responsibility of the respective seller unless stated otherwise.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is subject to product availability, successful payment (if applicable), and seller acceptance. Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative. Delivery is subject to pincode/serviceability checks and seller dispatch timelines. Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return, replacement, refund, and cancellation rules are described in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Eligibility may vary by product category and seller.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse of sellers or delivery partners, or attempts to disrupt service security.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and software related to Eleplasht are owned by JUNK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUNK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, seller actions, or delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
